Sometimes a company's worst enemy can be self-defeating attitudes. You know it's time to regroup and re-examine attitudes and your creative process when you hear yourself or one of your associates saying, "I didn't think that ad would work, anyway!" If you ever have serious reservations about an ad, a marketing campaign, or a sales presentation, then it's time to step back, re-evaluate it, and get some outside feedback before launching it.

Second Opinions Don't Just Apply to Your Health

Ask them what their immediate reaction is and why the sales message is or is not persuasive. Stop and write down all the strong selling points that can be used in presentations, brochures, ads, business cards, sales letters, and web pages. Then figure out what changes, improvements, and enhancements need to be made to your service quality, your marketing strategy, and that list of advantages to make it more compelling.

Shift Your Focus to Improve Your Profitability

Now here comes the hard part! I'm no psychologist, but it seems like the biggest obstacle that business owners face in giving effective sales presentations and creating response-producing ads and letters is their own ego. Make one change in your attitude and you're almost sure to increase your sales closing ratio and your advertising response rate. The secret, which you and just about everyone else in business has heard of but may not have acted on, is to focus your marketing message on "benefits" rather than "features". In other words, customers are more strongly persuaded by knowing how a product is going to benefit them, rather than what it's made of. That doesn't mean you should leave out the descriptive features of your product or service; but, in most cases, the main thrust of your presentation or ad should be the benefits your customer will enjoy. More specifically, focus on your ability to solve their problem, make their lives easier, or help them feel happier, have more fun, be more confident, enjoy better health, or increase their family's safety. They may also be in the market for a product or service that makes them more financially secure, personally admired or loved, more attractive, prosperous, prestigious, comfortable, or pain free. People have dozens of fundamental needs and emotional triggers, and are motivated by everything from fear and greed to love and vanity. If possible, find out exactly what your prospects' "hot buttons" are, and then tailor your presentation, ad, or web page to those needs. If you can reach them at an emotional level or otherwise convince them that you can satisfy their needs or solve their problem better than the competition, then the probability of gaining their business and winning them over as a loyal client will increase tremendously. Do that consistently, and you'll have a winning formula for small business marketing success.

My son has a ride-on from the same series, only without the push bar. He's been playing with it since before he turned 2, and he is 3.5 now. This is one toy that I have NEVER put away because it is played with almost every day. He stores his treasures in the compartment under the seat (when I'm missing my car keys, I know where to look for them), tries to sing along with the songs (our version plays "Twinkle, twinkle..." and the "Muffin Man"), even rides it outside sometimes. The only time it tipped over was when he flew off the sidewalk into some beauty bark while going downhill at full speed (he did it at age 3.5, I'm sure younger toddlers wouldn't test this toy like that). Our neighbors' kids (ages 5 and 7) rode this toy outside a little and it's still intact (very sturdy plastic). When my friend comes over with her 10-month old, her baby boy loves to sit on it and press the music buttons and look at the lights. You can probably get something with more "bells & whistles" for more money, but turn the clock back a couple of years and give me a million bucks, I would probably still buy this one, knowing how much fun my son has had with it and I'm sure will have for 1 or 2 more years.

My 16 month old son loves this toy. He began just pushing it around the house and now loves riding it. If there is one area where an improvement could be made it is to lengthen the short push handle. My back isnt as good as it once was and to push a child in it requires large doses of bending over. It could be viewed as good exercise by some!



Nice job with this toy. Don't hesitate to buy it as its a great entertainer for children under 2.

My daughter is 10 mo. old, but we wanted to get this for her first Christmas, because my husband is a firefighter/paramedic. She likes it very much. Her feet barely brush the floor, so we are right next to her when she is on it and/or we push her around. The song is cute and the "people" in the front move when the song is played and the lights go on and off. This toy always makes my daughter smile. The seat also opens to reveal a hidden compartment, which she has just discovered. We all enjoy this toy.

Customer Review: Bought it for the EZ View feature

My last Samsung (4 years old and still working) has EZ View which is a great feature to get the picture to fit the screen, so I got this one after two bad Toshiba models. It's paired up with a 37" Samsung HD TV,so it shares remotes. So far it works as expected hooked up via HDMI. As for Samsung HDTV's, I think they are great only if you can live with an inferior cable/or non HD picture.

Customer Review: Doesn't work for me

I bought this after reading some favorable reviews and that it had optical audio output. However after playing about five discs it stopped working. It now just says no disc every time I load any type of disc. The image was nice while it worked, skipping was a problem. I no longer have the receipt, since I bought it from circuit city. However if you read the many reviews on the internet and scroll through them you will see mine is a common problem.

I also own the philips 1080p up-converting DVD player and that one works flawlessly, except it has not optical audio output.

Warranty may be great and all but I also want something that works with no hassle. Stay away from this one as you may get one of the lemons. Get the philips 1080p up-converting instead.

Network marketing has many aspects, but promotion, persistence,
and patience are three key elements which are critical to
achieving successful results.



PROMOTION is the lifeblood of network marketing. Whether you
are using online methods or offline methods, or a combination of
both, you must constantly strive to get your offering in front of
a targeted audience.


There are thousands of published sources that deal with specific
methods of network marketing (both online and offline), but the
key point to be made here is that you must have an active
promotion campaign designed to bring in a steady stream of new
prospective downline members.




PERSISTENCE is a key element in network marketing success.
You've gotta "just keep on keepin' on", even though frustation
levels can be quite high at times.


After you have been at it a while, and have a downline large
enough to provide reasonably accurate statistics, you will
probably find that about 95% of your downline members are dormant
and do nothing at all. Its easy to get down in the dumps or take
it personally when you encounter so many "do nothing" people.

the 5% or so that are serious about participating. And clearly,

If you save one penny on the first day, and double it every
successive day, (day two you have 2 pennies and day three you have
4 pennies, and so on) how much will you have at the end of
30 days? The answer, to the astonishment of many, is $5,368,708!
Amazing, but true.


Its a sad statistic that most network marketers fail and it is
often traceable to the fact that they did not exhibit enough
persistence and patience to continue constantly promoting their
business for the year or so that is required for success.


Network marketers that stick with it for a year or more often end
up becoming the proverbial "heavy hitters".


In closing, I would like to encourage you to increase your chances
of becoming a successful network marketer by always keeping a
clear focus on "the three P's" of Promotion, Persistence, and
Patience.

Customer Review: Excellent mouse

While I do play games, I try to avoid producs tagged as "For Gamers" as they usually have a price tax just for the "Gamers" tag. However I wanted a nice mouse, and this is. Very confortable, feels very nice on the hand, the buttons have just the perfect click as does the wheel.



I dont use the DPI switch, but it dont stays in the middle of get pressed by accident, so its ok. The thing with the weights..come on..not needed..but very impressive, no one I know around have a mouse with an eject button on it. Be the first one in your block ;-)





Customer Review: Great for gaming

After reading several of the reviews I felt like I should share my experience with this mouse. I've owned the G5 for almost two years, and have yet to experience anything negative.

I bought it primarily for use while gaming, and it has been excellent. I loev the fact that you can program the buttons on the mouse to your liking (I programmed the keys for SHIFT, CTRL, and ENTER, multiple key combo's for gaming). I am a big guy and have pretty large hands, and I tend to really press the keys "hard." This mouse has taken my punishment and is still as responsive as it was on Day 1. The feet are still in great shape, after nearly two years of constant use without any mousepad.

As far comfort, as I said above, I have fairly big hands, but this mouse lets my hand rest naturally for hours of gameplay.

Overall, I highly recommend the G5 :)
